Qualifications:•

At least 8 to 12 years

of agency experience or

content writing, sales enablement, product marketing,

or in a similar role, at an established

B2B SaaS firm• A masterful writer having strong editorial/proofreading capabilities with a proven track record showcased in a

professional portfolio

(Exposure to both internal and external communication is a plus)• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a good command of American English• Experience in creating easily understood content from a complex, technical product suite• Strong understanding of optimal multi-channel approach throughout the customer journey, including but not limited to social, digital, events, and content• Should have experience working cross-functionally and across geographies to support overall marketing and business goals• Capability to visualize content from a design production angle will be a valuable skill• Expertise in MS Office and other content management systems will be an added advantage• A specialization in

B2B writing

with a degree in English, journalism, mass communication, or media studies is preferred

Responsibilities and duties:

• Collaborate and manage external writers to deliver well-researched content that is factually accurate, informative, engaging, and error-free• Edit, proofread, and analyze content to prepare well-structured drafts and publish quality assets including

whitepaper, guides, e-books, research reports, thought leadership articles, etc .• Audit the existing content repository (online and offline) for brand voice, relevance, and optimization• Demonstrate advanced ability to track, analyze, and identify patterns for optimizing content based on data independently• Team up with the design production team for the timely delivery of collaterals. This includes assets for the website, sales platforms, and content amplification campaigns• Work across different teams (product, sales, customer success, event, communications, proposals, digital, and industry) to design and execute content plans• Understand the competitive product differentiations and articulate them consistently across assets
