Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Content Specialist with expertise in digital platforms and a passion for fashion and journalism. This role demands a savvy social media expert who can craft and execute innovative strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive conversation around traditional and contemporary Indian culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our visibility, engagement, and influence across all platforms.
* Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos that showcase Indian arts, crafts, and fashion.
* Stay current with social media trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge content delivery.
* Collaborate with influencers, artists, and brands to create buzz and expand our audience.
* Manage content schedules, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of high-quality material.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Fashion, Journalism, or related field, with substantial coursework or experience in digital media and social media management.
* Proven track record of creating impactful social media content and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
* Deep understanding and proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube) and management tools.
* Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills, with a portfolio demonstrating content creation across various social media platforms.
* Passion for and knowledge of Indian culture, arts, and fashion, with a keen eye for integrating traditional elements with modern media.
