Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Content Specialist. The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing content for social media (primarily LinkedIn company page), website (blogs, case studies, thought leadership, whitepaper eBook etc), and more. As a Content Specialist, you will work closely with the FrontM team to ensure that our message is clear and effective.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor various content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and competitive landscape
  • Deep dive into FrontM's narrative and come up with compelling ideas to move prospects from awareness to consideration to conversion
  • Write, edit, and post weekly content, short-form and long-form, for LinkedIn per the approved editorial calendar
  • Manage long-form content projects (white papers, e-books, etc.) from beginning to end
  • Experience in managing content and editorial calendars
  • Write content with FrontM's brand voice in mind
  • Collaborate with our product and marketing team to align the content narrative with a core value proposition


Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in a content marketing or journalism role - experience writing on SaaS, tech or any product highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the maritime or remote workforce industry is a plus
  • Awareness of on-page SEO basics
  • Good spelling/grammar/punctuation proofing skills
