Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable computer products and accessories.
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product launches.
  • Handle customer queries and assist in resolving product-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Requirements:

Education: Any degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or electronics.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Passion for technology and willingness to learn about new computer products.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and IT peripherals is a plus.
