Growth Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Growth Associate who will work closely with Growth Managers and collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and product teams to expand the market share of our apps across new verticals and new territories. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and execution excellence to drive exponential growth.
Mandatory certification course on Business Analysis / Excel advance & Power BIgathering, and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lookerstudio).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities for new business verticals, including new markets, partnerships, and product innovations.
- Develop market entry plans, conduct competitive analysis, and create country-specific growth roadmaps.
- Build and optimize processes to achieve scalable growth in target markets.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to design and execute country-specific marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and ROI, ensuring profitability.
- Work on data analysis to identify insights, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in category growth roles, preferably in consumer tech, mobile apps, or internet business.
- Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Looker Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets for quick analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in agile/scrum environments.
