is expanding its academic team and invite applications from talented professionals for the following roles:

  • Theoretical Knowledge Instructors (TKIs)
  • Senior TKIs
  • TKIs with Management Capacity (with leadership and academic coordination responsibilities)

Locations:
Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi and Calicut

Note:
This is a full time time role

The training arm of
Trans Aviacons Pvt Ltd
, is setting new standards in ab-initio pilot training in India. With a strong emphasis on global best practices, academic rigor, and student success, we are building a team of passionate instructors who see instruction as a calling.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ground training in accordance with DGCA & other CAA curriculum and internal quality standards.
  • Mentor cadets and support them in achieving academic excellence.
  • Develop, review, and upgrade course materials and instructional methods.
  • (For Senior / Management-track TKIs) Provide academic leadership, coordinate instructor teams, and assist in compliance and training audits.

Requirements:

  • Current experience or prior approval as a TKI by any CAA.
  • Strong subject knowledge in core ATPL/CPL theory subjects.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
  • For Senior/Management positions: proven experience in academic leadership, compliance, and team coordination.
