Job Description:

We are seeking a Grooming Instructor who will be responsible for training and guiding aviation trainees on personal grooming, professional etiquette, and overall presentation skills as per the aviation industry standards. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to instill confidence and discipline in students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct grooming and personality development sessions for aviation trainees.
• Train students on personal hygiene, dress codes, skin, hair, and makeup standards as per airline requirements.
• Teach professional etiquette, body language, and communication skills for cabin crew and ground staff.
• Provide one-on-one feedback and corrective training for students.
• Stay updated with the latest grooming and styling trends in the aviation sector.
• Ensure students meet grooming compliance before interviews and placements.
• Coordinate with the training head and placement team to maintain industry-aligned grooming standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Aviation background preferred).
• Prior experience as a grooming trainer/instructor in aviation, hospitality, or modeling industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of grooming, styling, skincare, and professional etiquette.
• Confident, disciplined, and approachable personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
