Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided for the role. Please note, all hires are required to sign a one-year bond with the company.

As a part of this, all joiners are required to sign one year bond with our company.

Work Timing:

Support is required during Australian business hours, from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM IST.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the customer service process to ensure smooth operations.- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.- Respond to client inquiries through email, social media, and phone calls.- Build trust and maintain sustainable customer relationships through clear and interactive communication.- Identify and assess customer needs to deliver top-notch satisfaction.- Provide product and service knowledge to assist customers.- Offer accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (preferred but not mandatory).- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.- Familiarity with ticketing systems.- Proficiency in computer usage.- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is a plus.- Join us and become a part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences
