About the Role:

We are urgently hiring for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter who can handle end-to-end technical recruitment and work closely with hiring managers to close key IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct preliminary screening and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate face-to-face interview drives and walk-ins
  • Handle offer discussions and onboarding
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reporting

Skill Set Required:

  • Strong understanding of IT roles (Java, .NET, DevOps, Full Stack, QA, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Boolean search, sourcing, and closures
  • Proficient in job portals (especially Naukri Resdex)
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
