Job Position : Executive - Operations (QCN) Experience: 3 to 5 years Location: Mylapore, Chennai Role & Responsibilities: Execute advertising schedules as per client orders, ensuring timely and accurate placement of ads across various platforms. Generate invoices accurately and promptly, maintaining a record of all financial transactions related to Ads. Monitor and track the progress of advertising orders, making adjustments as necessary to meet campaign objectives. Utilize ERP systems to manage and streamline ad operations processes. Maintain and analyze data using MS Excel to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing ad campaigns. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak advertising seasons or big occasions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative departments, to ensure seamless campaign execution. Maintain open and clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to promptly address inquiries and resolve issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Powered by JazzHR
