We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in the health-tech industry to support our HR operations, procurement, and back-office functions.
As an HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing HR activities while also assisting with procurement tasks and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities : HR Responsibilities : HR Operations : Assist in daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and handling employee documentation.
Recruitment Support : Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
Attendance & Leave Management : Monitor attendance records and leave balances, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Employee Relations : Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and procedures.
HR Documentation : Ensure employee files are maintained accurately and in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
HR Software Management : Support in managing HR software for payroll, attendance, and employee management.
Compliance : Assist in ensuring HR operations comply with labor laws and company regulations.
Event Coordination : Support the planning and execution of internal events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Procurement Responsibilities : Vendor Management : Assist in sourcing and managing relationships with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services.
Procurement Coordination : Help with the procurement process, including raising purchase orders, obtaining quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Inventory Management : Monitor and maintain office supply inventory levels, ensuring timely reordering as necessary.
Cost Management : Assist in managing procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
Back-Office Responsibilities : Administrative Support : Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Document Management : Organize and manage important company documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy accessibility.
Office Maintenance : Coordinate with facilities management for the smooth operation of office infrastructure.
Back-Office Operations : Ensure all back-office functions, including data entry and filing, are completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills : Experience : 1-2 years of experience in an HR Admin role, with additional experience in procurement and back-office operations preferred, ideally in the health-tech or healthcare industry.
