A Lead ServiceNow Engineer is a key technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, managing, and maintaining solutions. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. System Design and Architect ure: Responsible for designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements. Lead must understand the platform's capabilities and limitations to design scalable and efficient soluti
ons.Requirement Gathering and Analy sis: Collaborating with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations. Lead will be responsible for requirements to be correctly translated into technical specifications and soluti
ons.Customization and Configurat ion: Customize and configure the platform to meet specific business needs. This involves creating new modules, workflows, business rules, UI pages, and integrations with other systems. Lead will also be responsible for guiding the team into configuration and customizat
ion.Integration and Data Migrat ion: Integrating ServiceNow with other third-party applications and systems is a crucial aspect of the job. Lead should design and implement integration solutions and manage data migration when requi
red.Development and Script ing: Lead will be accountable for validating and verifying the scripts and code (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) for ServiceNow applications and enhancements developed by the team. Lead may be required to develop the scripts and code in case the team members are una

ills:ServiceNow Expertise (Hands on IRM Suite is M UST): Hands-on experience of working on ServiceNow platform, complete IRM Suite (Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Third Party Risk Management, etc.) ITOM modules such as discovery, event management, service mapping, compliance configuration, Orchestration, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile, UI Builder, Designers, Automated Testing Framework and Performance Anal
yticsServiceNow Expertise (Hands on ITOM Suite & CMDB/CSDM is M UST): Hands-on experience of working on ServiceNow platform, at least 2 ITOM Suite modules (discovery, event management, service mapping, compliance configuration), at least 2 ITAM Suite modules (HAM, SAM, EAM, APM, CCM, Contact Management, Procurement, Licensing), Orchestration, CMDB/CSDM, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile, UI Builder, Designers, Automated Testing Framework and Performance Analy
tics.Integrations (designed & implemented minimum 3 integrati ons): Experience in Integration Hub, Rest API, SOAP, eBonding etc. Integrating Jira, Azure, Microsoft Teams, MS Outlook, Office365, Mappedin, and third-party
