About the Job : We are looking for a talented and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions to meet the needs of large organizations.
Job Title : ServiceNow Technical Architect
Location: Noida and Pune
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Key Responsibilities : Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet the business requirements of our organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows within ServiceNow, focusing on areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for ServiceNow development.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization using ServiceNow.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications, using technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for their adoption within our organization.
Skills Required : Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., GlideScript, Jelly).
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator) required.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
