We are hiring for an Advertising agency in Thane, Mumbai. Location: Thane

Experience: 5–8 years in Digital Sales or Advertising. Compensation: ₹6,00,000 per annum. Kindly find Roles and Responsibilities: as below


  1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

o Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for Geopop's location intelligence and audience-building solutions.

o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  1. Client Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions tailored to their business needs.

  1. Pitch and Present:

o Develop compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to demonstrate the value of Geopop's platform.

o Lead meetings with clients and agency stakeholders to showcase our solutions.

  1. Market Research and Strategy:

o Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving digital advertising landscape.

o Provide feedback to the product team to align Geopop's solutions with market demands.

  1. Collaboration:

o Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and client servicing, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

o Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align on campaign metrics and objectives.

  1. Reporting and Analysis:

o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

o Analyze client feedback and campaign data to improve sales strategies and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 1–8 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in the advertising or location intelligence industry.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, audience targeting, and POI-based marketing.

•

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
