We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our innovative software products, including SPOs+, POS+Inventory, and Emark. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on leadership to ensure the company’s products are effectively marketed and sold to our target customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and ensure their achievement.
  • Team Leadership and Development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to create a high-performing team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to meet and exceed targets.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and resolving concerns.
  • Market and Product Knowledge
  • Stay updated on the latest market trends, competitor activities, and product offerings.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Sales Operations and Reporting
  • Oversee sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and present insights to the leadership team.
  • Manage the sales budget and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Work with customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to provide market feedback for product improvement.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills to manage and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant, eCommerce, or related industries is a plus.
