Role – Inside Sales Manager

Education - B. Tech/B. E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers,
BCA/MCA/B. Sc./M. Sc. in Computers/Graduate
PG - MBA in Marketing & Sales
Location: Thane – Maharashtra
Experience-3-5 yrs
Job Responsibilities :
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customer’s and following up on leads
• Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
• Staying informed about competing products and services
• Upselling products and services
• Researching and qualifying new leads into opportunities
• Fix appointments and deliver company product demos to Government, Trustees, Principals, HOD, Teachers, Students & Parents in B2 B and B2 G sales cycle
• Liaison with the marketing team to implement the marketing campaign
• Understand customer requirements and propose the right solution
• Prepare customer proposal and do require follow-up to get the Purchase Order
• Take ownership of customer expectations and do the right things to have 100% customer satisfaction

• Must be confident, Self-motivated with a positive attitude
