Job Overview

As a Senior Amazon Marketplace Specialist , you will spearhead initiatives to maximize sales, visibility, and ROI on Amazon. This role involves end-to-end ownership of marketplace strategies, leveraging advanced tools to optimize product listings, enhance Sponsored Ads performance, and implement full-funnel sales strategies. It is ideal for a data-driven professional with a passion for achieving measurable growth.



Core Responsibilities

Marketplace Optimization Strategy

  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to boost product discoverability, sales, and profitability.
  • Optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.
  • Oversee the creation and enhancement of Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores to elevate brand presence.

Advertising Campaign Management

  • Design, launch, and refine Sponsored Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads.
  • Use data-driven bidding strategies and automation tools to optimize ROAS and reduce ACOS.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to improve targeting and maximize efficiency.

Comprehensive Sales Funnel Execution

  • Integrate advertising efforts with overarching full-funnel sales strategies to drive conversions.
  • Partner with creative teams to ensure ad content aligns with brand messaging and audience needs.

Competitive & Market Analysis

  • Perform competitor analyses to identify pricing trends and position products effectively.
  • Utilize tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa to monitor sales rank, market trends, and product performance.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Measure key metrics, including CTR, ROAS, ACOS, and conversion rates, to inform optimization strategies.
  • Build and manage custom dashboards using Amazon Advertising Console, Seller Central, and Data Studio to share actionable insights.
  • Identify and address growth opportunities through detailed marketplace analysis.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the French head office to align marketplace efforts with broader brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with SEO, paid media, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Continuous Learning & Adaptation

  • Stay informed about changes in Amazon algorithms, tools, and advertising features.
  • Experiment with new strategies, tools, and ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.



Skills & Qualifications


Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven success managing Amazon Marketplace accounts with a focus on driving sales growth and ROI.


Technical Proficiency

  • Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, and Amazon Brand Analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Prestozon or PPC Scope is a plus.

Analytical & Strategic Skills

  • Strong ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve performance.
  • Proficiency in analyzing key performance indicators such as CTR, ROAS, ACOS, and sales velocity.
  • Adept at adapting strategies to align with changing trends and market dynamics.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
