Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

  2. Identify and target potential B2B clients, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and distributors.

  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Promote and demonstrate medical devices to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

  5. Client Relationship Management:

  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  7. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding product specifications and applications.

  9. Market Analysis and Reporting:

  10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

  11. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.

  12. Collaboration and Coordination:

  13. Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  14. Provide feedback on customer requirements to improve product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of the medical, surgical, and laboratory supply industry
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in sales or a related role
