Job Title: Technical Recruiter Experience: 2 – 5 Years Location: Bengaluru (On-site) Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half day on Saturday till 2:00 PM) About the Role: We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet our growing business needs. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with early working hours and a 6-day work schedule. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding. Source and attract top tech talent using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels. Conduct initial screening and technical evaluation of candidates to ensure a strong fit for client/project requirements. Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline. Work closely with internal teams and management to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment (agency or corporate). Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and current industry trends. Experience using ATS, job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), and sourcing tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Comfortable with early working hours (8 AM – 5:30 PM) and working half-day Saturdays (till 2 PM). If above is all good, you can walk-in.
