The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing top technical talent in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Develop and implement effective hiring strategies for various tech and fintech roles.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database, and other innovative channels.Evaluate candidates’ technical skills through screening calls and coordinate with hiring managers for technical evaluation.Collaborate closely with tech and product teams to understand job requirements.Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company standards and timelines.Provide timely updates and manage expectations of internal stakeholders and candidates.Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience (2–5 years) in Technical Recruitment, preferably in a FinTech environment.Strong understanding of technology roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, Analysts, Product roles, etc.Hands-on experience with ATS tools, job portals, and sourcing platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Immediate Joiner—ready to join at short notice.
