Also, candidates who have handled HNI Clients and a ticket size of more than 1.5Cr.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on current market trends and conditions.
Assist clients in determining their needs and preferences to find suitable properties for their consideration.
Coordinate property showings and provide tours to potential buyers, highlighting key features and amenities.
Continuously build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry to expand business opportunities.
Stay informed about changes and developments in real estate regulations and laws to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3+ years of sales experience in real estate industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
