Job Summary: As the Manager Sales (Team Lead) for LV Switchgear Sales at SIEMENS Smart Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and channel partner management in the Ahmedabad region. You will lead a team of sales professionals and be directly responsible for managing and expanding the channel partner network for LV switchgear products in Ahmedabad, North Gujarat, Saurashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Your strategic vision, leadership, and sales expertise will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and establishing a strong market presence in said geographic areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership:• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.• Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide continuous training and development to the sales team.2. Sales Strategy Development:• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for LV switchgear products in the Ahmedabad and Saurashtra region.• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and sales channels to expand the business.3. Channel Partner Management:• Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners, distributors, and dealers to ensure strong collaboration and support.• Recruit and onboard new channel partners strategically to enhance market coverage.4. Sales Target Achievement:• Set and monitor sales targets, budgets, and KPIs for the sales team.• Regularly assess sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales goals.5. Market Analysis:• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.• Provide market insights and feedback to the senior management team for product and strategy improvements.6. Customer Engagement:• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, Panel builders, contractors, and electrical consultants to drive sales opportunities.• Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.7. Sales Reporting:• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to senior management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electricals engineering. MBA with Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus qualification for the requirement.• Proven experience in LV switchgear sales with a minimum of 7-10 year in a sales with leadership role.• Strong understanding of electrical, switchgear products, new trends in industries and digitalization.• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.• Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.• Willingness to travel as required.
