Job Description


The Test Automation Lead(7 + Yrs Exp) is responsible for test automation for the Gen AI applications and will be working in a high intensity, deadline driven environment. He will be responsible for planning, designing, deploying, maintenance and troubleshooting through all layers of the Testing Development Life Cycle.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Automation Lead


  • 7 + years of strong experience in design, implement and optimize frameworks to support rapid Automation in parallel with Agile cycles through recent techniques such as BDD, TDD, ATDD
  • Work independently with little direct supervision in the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of applications and data.
  • Lead a small team of automation testers/Functional testers, negotiate scope, develop estimates, plans, monitoring metrics, and provide daily guidance to the team and the client. Provide daily metrics to the project leadership. Support the life cycle of the change requests.
  • Must have proven experience developing automation suite with Object Oriented programming from scratch. Experience working with test tools, processes, approaches, and techniques.
  • Determines automation testing strategies, builds and implement a scalable, reusable automation framework.
  • Must have experience on CI/CD, reporting tool integration.
  • Must have API Testing experience using Postman and Rest assured.
  • Must have strong knowledge on Functional testing techniques, methodologies, Principal.


Skill set Java: Selenium, Postman, SQL, DB Testing, Java Script, Jenkin, ADO,API testing.
