Key Responsibility :• Application Specialist acts as a bridge between sales & service team.• He / she is technically sound in both the fields & therefore has to support both the teams.• He / she is responsible for customer satisfaction particularly on the basis of digital radiography parameters.• Provide timely support to sales & service team.• Conduct trainings to sales & service teams to educate them on products.• Resolve escalated issues of customers from field engineers.• Manage service team and sales team.• Manage product troubleshooting/Field activities

• B.Sc.
