About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience in building and deploying AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in AI/ML/DL/NLP with hands-on expertise across real-world projects, product deployments, and applied research.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing directly to production-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML/DL/NLP models for real-world applications.
  • Lead experimentation with transformers, LLMs, embeddings, and generative AI workflows.
  • Build and optimize agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain.
  • Work on fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and vector databases for domain-specific use cases.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for integration, scaling, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct PoCs, model evaluations, and benchmarking to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor junior engineers/interns and provide technical guidance.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and recommend adoption of new technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in AI/ML/DL/NLP with proven industry project experience.
  • Proficiency in Python (Core), NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • Deep understanding of transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, agentic AI workflows, and vector databases.
  • Practical experience with generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of model fine-tuning, embeddings, and RAG implementations.
  • Experience deploying AI models into production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 3–5 years of professional AI/ML work.
  • Prior experience in fintech, enterprise AI, or large-scale data-driven projects.
  • Strong exposure to MLOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, cloud deployments).
  • Open-source contributions, publications, or a strong GitHub/portfolio showcasing advanced AI projects.
