Job Role:

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic HR Recruiters (Freshers) to join our team. This role is a great opportunity to start your career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment process
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media & networking
  • Screening and shortlisting profiles as per requirements
  • Scheduling & coordinating interviews
  • Maintaining candidate database and daily reports

Eligibility:

  • Any Graduate (2024/2025 pass-outs can apply)
  • Good communication skills
  • Female candidates Only
  • Immediate Joiners highly encouraged

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed Take Home: 15,000 per month (Fresher) + Incentives
