Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. This role plays a key part in building a strong employer brand and ensuring we attract and hire the best professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and company websites.
  • Source candidates using online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and provide reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

  • Should have experience in sourcing profiles from engineering industrial background.

  • Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must and should be familiar with MS. Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
