Every item on our platform ishandpicked and tested for freshness and transparency.About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp and driven Category Manager for our Fruits & Vegetables(Fn V) team. This role requires strong ownership of pricing, revenue growth, P&Lmanagement, and analytics, while ensuring customer delight through the right assortment,quality, and value proposition.Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end P&L for the Fn V category. Develop and execute pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies to drivegrowth and profitability. Monitor and analyze sales performance, margins, and revenue trends, and takecorrective actions. Drive demand forecasting and inventory planning in collaboration with supplychain and operations teams. Leverage data and analytics to identify customer insights, buying patterns, andmarket trends. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, andProduct teams to deliver category goals. Track competition and market benchmarks to ensure category competitivenessand innovation.Requirements 2–4 years of experience in category management, revenue management, or P&Lownership (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG; Fn V experience is a plus). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/SQL/BI tools. Proven ability to manage pricing, margins, and revenue optimization. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor relationship skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growthenvironment.
