Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient processing of construction finance products (e.g., disbursements for home construction).
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team, including credit officers, loan processors, and support staff. Encourage a collaborative culture.
  • Drive business growth by promoting construction finance products, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and growing the branchs loan book.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction—from application to disbursement stages.
  • Conduct market penetration efforts—identify and tap into local contractors, developers, or builder segments for potential clients.
  • Monitor branch KPIs, analyze performance, and submit regular reports to senior management; propose improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4+ years in team leadership/handling roles in financial services, preferably with home construction financing experience.

  • Strong understanding of construction loan products, approval workflows, risk, and compliance.

  • Bachelors or Master's in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Leadership, analytical, communication, and customer relationship skills.
