Role Description :


- This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work as needed.


- As the SAP SF EC Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing consulting services to clients, and working with SAP SF EC master data.


- You should possess strong analytical skills and be experienced in SAP FICO


Qualifications :


- Experience in SAP SF EC consulting.


- Strong analytical skills.


- Experience in SAP Time management, time off.


- Familiarity with SAP SF EC master data.


- Ability to provide consulting services to clients.


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.


- Certifications in SAP SF EC or related areas are a plus.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work well in a team environment.


- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules, including Core HR, Employee Data Management, and Organizational Management.


- Gather and analyze client requirements, design solution architectures, and develop implementation plans to meet business needs and objectives.


- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC modules to support client-specific HR processes, data structures, and workflows.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and project management, to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
