Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Raurkela. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the sales process. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. The manager will also engage in market research, competitor analysis, and attend industry events to enhance business growth.
Skills and Experience
- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and developing sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Relevant experience in the insurance industry
