Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Online Global Selling Manager in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This role is pivotal in driving our global sales strategy, with a specific focus on online platforms such as Amazon and Walmart. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing sales on these platforms, along with a deep understanding of the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities:

1.     Develop and Execute Global Sales Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive global sales strategy for FMCG products, with a primary focus on Amazon and Walmart platforms.

2.     Platform Management: Manage all aspects of sales operations on Amazon and Walmart, including product listings, pricing, promotions, advertising, and inventory management.

3.     Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges on Amazon, Walmart, and other relevant online platforms in various global markets.

4.     New Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate opportunities for expansion into new international markets on Amazon, Walmart, and other key platforms. Develop market entry strategies and execute initiatives to launch FMCG products successfully.

5.     Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, profitability, and customer feedback. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.

6.     Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, product development, and finance to ensure alignment and support for global online sales initiatives.

7.     Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about international trade regulations, customs requirements, and e-commerce policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks on Amazon, Walmart, and other online platforms.

8.     Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and service providers to support online sales activities effectively.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, with a focus on Amazon and Walmart platforms.

Proven track record of successfully driving online sales growth on Amazon and Walmart, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, algorithms, and tools used on Amazon and Walmart.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce analytics tools.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.
