The ideal candidate will also possess working knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and be capable of supporting cross-functional CLM projects. This role is based out of Tech Mahindra’s Pune office and involves close collaboration with global business and IT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of CRM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and define scopeManage CRM platform implementations and enhancements (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)Support CLM initiatives by coordinating with legal and procurement teams and CLM vendors (e.g., Icertis, Conga)Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, and risk registersEnsure alignment with compliance, data governance, and business process standardsDrive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption strategiesIdentify opportunities for CRM-CLM integration and process optimizationRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fieldPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferredMinimum 10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in CRM domainWorking knowledge of CLM platforms and contract workflowsStrong understanding of CRM processes including lead management, customer engagement, and analyticsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsExperience working in a global delivery model with offshore/onshore coordinationFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologiesPreferred AttributesPrior experience working with chemical or manufacturing clientsExposure to CRM-CLM integration strategiesAbility to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensusPassion for digital transformation and customer-centric innovationPl share your profile to Simson Arputharaj Y
