We are looking for an experienced Ironclad CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Developer to design, implement, and maintain contract management workflows and integrations within the Ironclad platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in contract automation, workflow configuration, and system integrations, with strong communication skills to collaborate directly with clients and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Ironclad CLM workflows, templates, and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to translate contract requirements into system configurations.
  • Build and customize contract templates, metadata fields, and approval logic.
  • Develop integrations between Ironclad and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HR, or document management tools) using APIs or middleware.
  • Support migration of contracts and legacy data into Ironclad.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, perform testing, and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
  • Provide documentation, user training, and support for ongoing enhancements.
  • Work closely with clients or business stakeholders to understand pain points and recommend automation improvements.
