Experience Level: 10+ years in IT project management, with CRM and CLM exposure

Role Overview

Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager IT (CRM Domain) to lead strategic CRM initiatives for our global client, a leader in specialty chemicals. The ideal candidate will also possess working knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and be capable of supporting cross-functional CLM projects. This role is based out of Tech Mahindras Pune office and involves close collaboration with global business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and define scope
  • Manage CRM platform implementations and enhancements (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Support CLM initiatives by coordinating with legal and procurement teams and CLM vendors (e.g., Icertis, Conga)
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, and risk registers
  • Ensure alignment with compliance, data governance, and business process standards
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption strategies
  • Identify opportunities for CRM-CLM integration and process optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in CRM domain
  • Working knowledge of CLM platforms and contract workflows
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes including lead management, customer engagement, and analytics
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Experience working in a global delivery model with offshore/onshore coordination
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
