Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.- Understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.- Sales and Revenue Growth:- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.- Market and Product Knowledge:- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and market trends.- Collaboration and Teamwork:- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction.- Coordinate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.- Reporting and Documentation:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market conditions.- Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Willingness to travel as needed.
