We provide an integrated approach to client servicing in order to meet the client’s full range of investment and servicing needs. Each new client is assigned to a Client Service team which consists of a Client Advisor, Client Account Manager, Portfolio Manager and Investment Specialist.

As an Associate in Global Liquidity team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to internal/external stakeholders. As the point of contact for daily servicing needs of our clients, you will develop an understanding of the unique requirements of Global Liquidity franchise and champion those requirements within the context of the larger firm. You will partner with colleagues in Global Liquidity Service team to consistently maintain an effective service model. 

Job Responsibilities

Act as a day-to-day client service contact for assigned group of CAMs Interact regularly with clients to provide operational support and enhanced solutions Improve business processes and client experience Prepare rebate documentation & operational setup (Trailer Fee) Handle client communication & assistance on Late settlement and Interest claim Manage Bank Queries and Interest Claim related activities Perform all required client service functions including onboarding Clients / Funds, Maintain client record, comply with all internal procedure, Verify eligibility of clients, Client Reporting's.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

Inclination towards technology to automate manual tasks.  Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) Degree level education preferred Client focused and able to gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ servicing needs Highly accurate with good attention to detail Ability to multitask and to pursue/meet deadlines

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills 

Understanding Alteryx, Python programming is preferred Previous experience at an asset management firm; background in client service with liquidity products is preferred
