The P&WC engine programs are powering 5 engine markets: regional turboprop aircrafts, general aviation aircrafts, business jets aircrafts, Helicopters and auxiliary power systems on larger aircrafts, which help connecting people and economies around the world.Function Description:

As a member of UTCIPL collaborating with, and supporting the P&WC Leasing organization,we are looking for a Customer Service professional who will act as an internal support and point of contact for the team managing our supplier accounts and internal customers. If you are customer oriented, like a dynamic work environment and have significant customer service experience, this opportunity is for you.You will be responsible to support the Customer Service Representatives in their daily transactional tasks and supplier communications, with the objective to ensure a high service level to our suppliers and internal customers. This will require a strong ability to work with internal stakeholders, find solutions and build consensus.Customer Support Specialist – SEA & Plant 5 OperationsRoles & Responsibilities

:Ordering of parts based on the planning requirementsPO creation of new parts, exchange, sub-contract repairs etc,Open PO monitoringStock transfers / interplant transfersManaging safety stock replenishmentExtracting & analyzing reports from SAPReviewing & analyzing Kanban requirementsDaily & weekly KPI reportingCommunications with external subcontract vendorsReviewing and processing of repair quotationsEnsuring accuracy of SAP parametersAd-hoc tasks as required by the Logistics & Materials Management teamTechnical Experience:Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and planning parametersGeneral understanding of procurement principlesQualification / General Experience:Any bachelors degree with 5-10 years of experience in material planningExperienced user of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good analytical skillsHigh level of English language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing.Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.Must have good organizational skills, be able to prioritize work, accurately perform duties with constant activity in the area and pay close attention to detail.Must be a self-starter requiring minimum supervision and perform with a degree of accuracy in the execution of job assignments.Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment, relate to others and maintain flexibility with schedules of the departmentOpen minded / Team player and good inter personnel skillsThe masculine pronoun is used without discrimination and solely for the purpose of making the text easier to read.
