The role will include thefollowing:● Assistance in preparing and reviewing statutory, secretarial and legal documents● Support in compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements● Preparation of forms and returns for filing with MCA, RBI and other authorities● Preparation of resolutions, letters, responses and other documents● Support in convening of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings● Maintenance of statutory registers and records● Conduct research and stay updated on the Companies Act, Foreign ExchangeManagement Act, and other relevant laws● Collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth operations● Assistance in legal assignments (Trademark, NDA, MOU, Insurance, MiscellaneousRegistrations, etc.)Job Requirements and Required Skills:● CS Executive Qualified ● Excellent communication and drafting skills● Strong attention to detail● Good knowledge of interpretation of law● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines● Effective teamwork skills● Quick to take initiative● LLB will be an additional advantageWe offer:● An innovative and open culture in a truly multicultural environment● A collaborative and solution-oriented environment where you can make a difference● A competitive salary and generous benefits
