About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Merchandising Gifting Expert to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate gifting, merchandising solutions, vendor management, and client servicing. This role requires a strong understanding of the latest gifting trends, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, source, and develop a wide range of corporate gifting and merchandising products.

Manage end-to-end procurement, from vendor negotiation to product delivery.

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

Work closely with sales and client servicing teams to understand client requirements and provide customized gifting solutions.

Keep up with industry trends, new products, and innovative ideas in the gifting & merchandising space.

Manage budgets, costing, and profitability for merchandising projects.

Ensure timely execution and high-quality delivery for all client orders.

Handle inventory, logistics coordination, and stock management for gifting items.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of corporate gifting & merchandising industry.

Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to propose unique gifting ideas.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Project management skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in merchandising, corporate gifting, or promotional products industry.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong network of vendors and suppliers will be an added advantage.
