Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ads Expert located in Gurugram. The Ads Expert will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, planning and executing ad strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and adjusting strategies to optimize results. The role also involves collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget management
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, ad copywriting, and creative optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
