**Job Title**: Google Ads Expert / Performance Marketer
**Location**: Gurgaon / Gurugram
**Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Google Ads Management**:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy creation.
- **Campaign Optimization**:

- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and strategies for maximum ROI.
- Implement A/B testing to improve ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard, and other tools.
- Generate detailed reports to track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- **Strategy Development**:

- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and reach new audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with content, design, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Provide insights to stakeholders and recommend data-driven strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of [X years] in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven success in scaling campaigns with high ROI.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with bid management tools (e.g., Optmyzr) and landing page tools (e.g., Unbounce).
- Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, and audience building.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Ability to interpret data and make informed campaign decisions.
- Expertise in creating actionable insights from performance metrics.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, etc.).
- Experience with other platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or performance-driven industries.
