Role & Responsibilities :


- Develops new VDI infrastructure and application implementation plans and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability and scalability


- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the infrastructure


- Work with business stakeholders to ensure project delivery expectations are communicated and met, and to drive adoption


- Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively


- Design and develop cloud architectures using Azure services and tools


- Provide technical guidance and recommendations on cloud solutions and best practices


- Collaborate with other architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver cloud solutions that meet the business needs and objectives


- Ensure that the cloud solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective


- Perform cloud assessments, migrations, and optimizations


- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in cloud technologies and services


Ideal Candidate


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field


- At least 8 years of experience in cloud architecture design and development


- At least 5 years of experience in Azure cloud services and tools


- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud concepts such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Resource Manager, Azure -

- Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Compute, Azure Security, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, etc.


- 8+ years of extensive Microsoft server/desktop administration and Active Directory in multi-domain forest environment (including GPOs, JSON, PowerShell scripting, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, RDS, SQL)


- Proficient in cloud design patterns such as microservices, serverless, event-driven, etc.


- Experience in cloud migration, optimization, and automation


- Experience in cloud security and compliance


- Experience in cloud testing and debugging tools and techniques


- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills


- Azure certifications are a plus


Desired Qualifications:


- Designing and supporting Microsoft infrastructure solutions including Azure Virtual Desktop


- Experience working with multiple vendors such as Microsoft, Citrix, and VMware Horizon


- 3-5 years of overall virtual desktop experience


- Experience in cloud-native development using languages and frameworks such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, etc.


- Experience with automation techniques in cloud infrastructure


- Ability to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and be service-oriented


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills


- Team-oriented and adaptable
