Job Title : Lead/Architect Automation Engineer

Job Summary :

VVDN Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Lead/Architect Automation Engineer with 8-12 years of experience to join our innovative team. This hybrid role combines leadership with technical architecture responsibilities, focusing on designing and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in developing automation frameworks, possess a deep understanding of software testing, and have experience with key automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Automation Architecture Design :

- Design and develop scalable, robust, and efficient test automation architectures.

- Devise, modify, and enhance the latest automation frameworks to meet evolving project requirements.

2. Leadership and Team Management :

- Lead a team of automation engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a high-performance environment.

- Define and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for test automation.

3. Technical Expertise :

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python, C#, Java, Pytest, Selenium, and other relevant tools.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and integrate them into solutions.

4. Strategic Planning and Execution :

- Develop comprehensive automation plans and strategies that align with business objectives.

- Oversee the execution of automated tests, ensuring high-quality deliverables and comprehensive test coverage.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate automation into the development process.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to resolve issues and optimize automation solutions.

6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement :

- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks and processes.

7. AI/ML Integration :

- Understand and leverage AI and ML technologies to enhance automation capabilities and drive business value.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in software test automation with a focus on automation architecture and leadership.

- Proven experience as an automation framework developer with strong knowledge of software testing.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, Java.

- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks like Pytest, Selenium, and related technologies.

- Good understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in test automation.

Soft Skills :

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to create business value through test automation.

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

- Ability to inspire and manage a team while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

- Familiarity with BDD/TDD methodologies and tools like Cucumber, SpecFlow.

- Relevant certifications in software testing or automation engineering.
