Job Description : Lead Data Engineer


Location : Gurgaon


Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Notice Period : 20 Days :
Data Integration and ETL :

- Design, develop, and implement efficient data integration and ETL pipelines using Talend or other relevant tools.


- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle.


- Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.



- Implement change data capture and error handling Warehousing and BI :


- Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements and develop data models.


- Design and implement data warehouses and data marts to support analytical reporting and decision-making.



- Integrate data from various sources into a unified data Leadership :


- Lead a team of data engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.


- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.



- Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and Stack :

- Proficient in using PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and MySQL databases.


- Strong hands-on experience with Talend, PowerBI, Tableau, and DBT.


- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub, and Impact :


- Measure the success of data solutions based on their impact on business outcomes.


- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.



- Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing data-driven :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.


- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work Skills and Qualifications :


- 8+ years of experience in data engineering and ETL development.


- At least 3 years of experience as a lead data engineer.


- Strong technical skills in data modeling, database design, and ETL processes.


- Proficiency in Talend or similar ETL tools.


- Knowledge of data warehousing and BI concepts.


- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).


- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
