Presidency University is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Lab Instructor to support our Computer Science & Engineering department. If you enjoy guiding students through hands-on learning and have a knack for simplifying complex concepts, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist faculty in conducting lab sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate CSE courses
  • Prepare lab materials, set up equipment, and ensure smooth functioning of lab infrastructure
  • Guide students in executing programming assignments, simulations, and hardware experiments
  • Monitor student progress and provide technical support during lab hours
  • Maintain lab safety protocols and ensure proper usage of software and hardware resources
  • Support in organizing workshops, coding competitions, and tech events

Required Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C/C++) and development tools
  • Familiarity with operating systems, databases, networking, and software engineering concepts
  • Prior experience in academic labs or technical training preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
