The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis. They will ensure compliance with financial regulations, prepare financial reports, conduct risk management, and provide strategic recommendations based on financial data. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and support business growth.QualificationsCA or CA Inter with minimum 5 yrs experience.Financial Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting skillsStrong knowledge of Financial Planning and AnalysisExperience in preparing Financial Reports and ComplianceRisk Management and Strategic Financial Planning abilitiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in financial software and toolsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldRelevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are a plus
