About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Founder’s Office Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Founder of LeadPulse, gaining exposure to multiple business functions and working on high-impact projects. As a Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll support strategic initiatives, assist in day-to-day operations, and contribute to various tasks that directly influence the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Projects : Assist in research, planning, and execution of key projects that drive business growth and operational improvements.
Market Research : Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Data Analysis : Analyze client data and outreach performance metrics to help refine targeting strategies and improve lead generation processes.
Internal Operations : Support the Founder in various operational tasks such as calendar management, coordinating meetings, and following up on action items.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for improving internal processes, workflows, and client engagement methods.
Client Support : Collaborate with the client success and outreach teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Administrative Support : Help manage documentation, presentations, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
Passion for Marketing and Startups : An interest in outbound marketing, lead generation, and the entrepreneurial journey is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or outreach platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is a bonus but not required.
Ability to work (part-time/full-time) for a period of 6 months.
