Job Title: Founder's Office Associate – D2C Growth (Dog Food)
Location: Gurgaon, India (Remote flexibility with some on-site visits)
Compensation: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month
About Us:
At Sploot, we're reimagining pet care for urban pet parents in India. Our dog food products are designed to provide convenience, health, and joy to dogs and their parents. We're currently growing fast and looking for someone to help us scale our dog food revenue by 10x over the next year.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our Founder's Office and work closely with me to grow our dog food vertical. This is an all-encompassing role that will touch every aspect of the business: creative strategy, D2C marketing, sales, production, logistics, and everything in between.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and is excited about the opportunity to build a business from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the founder to develop and execute strategies for scaling food revenue 10x.
- Dive into D2C marketing campaigns: ideate, launch, and optimize performance across channels like Meta, Google, and Amazon.
- Manage and innovate across quick-commerce platforms such as Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
- Support sales efforts by optimizing customer journeys, retention, and upselling.
- Work with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights to drive growth.
- Be hands-on with creative campaigns, content, and brand storytelling.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 0-2 years in a D2C or quick-commerce business, ideally with exposure to food or FMCG products.
- Skills: A strong understanding of D2C marketing (Meta, Google, marketplaces) and quick commerce platforms. Proficiency in using data and tools to drive decisions.
- Mindset: A generalist who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of tasks across departments.
- Passion: Entrepreneurial, driven to build something impactful, and passionate about growing a business from scratch.
- Education: A background in business, marketing, or similar fields is preferred but not mandatory.
