We are looking for passionate, dedicated professionals to join our growing team. As part of WideVista, you will be key in delivering exceptional customer support and sales solutions for our clients in the e-commerce and B2B sectors. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, quality, and efficiency, helping our clients scale while improving their bottom line.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in reducing support and sales costs through innovative co-outsourcing solutions.
- Leverage technology to streamline customer service processes and improve the customer experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Continuously monitor and improve performance metrics for client accounts, ensuring quality standards are met.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer support, sales, or outsourcing (preferred).
Knowledge of business process outsourcing and/or co-outsourcing is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
